With UAE Mystery Shopper, users can evaluate their overall experience at service centers and rate various aspects such as the location, parking spaces, reception, waiting time, clear process, completion time, service fees, payment method, and employee attitude. The app also provides a comments section where users can elaborate further on their experience, allowing government entities to gather extensive data to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses.
Launched by Sheikh Mohammad recently, this app is part of an initiative to listen to customer voices, measure customer satisfaction, and ultimately increase citizen happiness.
